This draft explains how this website currently handles information.
Website analytics
This website uses Vercel Web Analytics to measure page views and general website usage. According to Vercel, Web Analytics stores anonymized, aggregated data and does not use analytics cookies. Data points can include the time, page visited, referrer, approximate location, operating system, browser, and device type. Information from Vercel
Vercel also hosts this website and processes technical connection data, particularly IP addresses and device information, to deliver and secure it.
Account data
When you create or access an account, Clerk processes your name, email address, password credential, verification status, and session information. Passwords are handled by Clerk and are not stored directly by this website. Necessary cookies and browser storage are used for sign-in and settings.
Project data is stored in a Neon database.
Additional features
Contributions
Stripe processes payment data. X‑2 processes contribution and billing information. Full card details are not stored in the project database. Required payment records may be shared with accounting service providers, tax advisers, and competent authorities.
Telegram
Your identifier, available profile information, and linking data are processed for account linking, access management, and group communication with other participants. Account creation, links, and recorded group joins and departures are documented as participation history. The controller receives internal operational notifications through Telegram.
Wallet
If you choose to link a wallet, your wallet address, network, and verification data are processed; Reown/WalletConnect and, where applicable, network providers are involved.
Contact
Your email address and message content are processed through iCloud Mail to handle your inquiry.
The data required for a requested feature is necessary to provide that feature.
Legal bases
Account, payment, and requested linking features are based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Operations, security, website analytics, participation history, internal notifications, and general inquiries are based on Article 6(1)(f): the legitimate interests in operating securely, understanding website usage, organizing and keeping track of participation, and responding to inquiries. Legally required retention is based on Article 6(1)(c).
Retention periods
Account, linking, and participation history data are removed from the project systems when account deletion is completed. Technical deletion records are deleted in the daily cleanup run 30 days after completion; pending deletion requests are retained until completion.
Internal Telegram notifications are deleted after one month, and contact inquiries six weeks after they have been resolved. Records required for tax purposes are generally retained for seven years from the end of the relevant calendar year, and longer where necessary for ongoing proceedings.
Telegram group history is retained for ongoing discussion. Deleting an account does not automatically remove previous messages.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.
Please send requests to the contact address below. You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

The services used also process data outside the European Economic Area, particularly in the United States. Telegram also lists the British Virgin Islands and the United Arab Emirates.
For transfers to the United States, Clerk, Stripe, and Vercel refer to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Neon/Databricks, Apple, and Telegram describe EU Standard Contractual Clauses; Reown lists these as a possible basis for transfers to the United States. Details are provided in the linked documents.
