About
X-2
A network for the voluntary formation and organization of a self-governing nation.
Problem
Participation requires permission.
Power becomes domination when it is unavoidable and unaccountable. Today, centralized institutions determine the terms of participation in society.
Solution
Replace centralized permission with voluntary coordination.
X-2 brings people together to build a self-governing nation founded on the consent of its members.
The constitution defines and limits authority. Institutions turn collective decisions into services.
Why Now?
Centralized authority has reduced the cost of trust.
Cryptography lowers the cost of verification.
This opens new possibilities for coordination with less concentration of information and control.
Development
During the founding phase, the founder leads X-2, working with its founding members and members.
The first step, Operation One — Constitution, is to develop shared principles and draft an initial constitution.
To do this, we are bringing together members who want to contribute to this task. Joint work on the project is intended to begin once enough members have come together to take part.
Voting rights and decision-making procedures remain to be defined.
From this foundation, X-2 aims to develop shared assets, institutions, and services. Territorial presence and recognition remain long-term possibilities.
Operations
The economy provides the means to act.
Voluntary Contributions fund the operations of X-2.
Funding structures for shared projects and services remain to be developed.
Participation
X-2 begins with the people who choose to participate.
After registering, members gain access to the X-2 Telegram channel. Work on the project is organized through Telegram.
